In the case of return of goods or refund to the customer who previously paid for one of the payment cards, in part or in full, regardless of the reason for return, Miltex is obliged to make a refund through VISA, EC / MC and Maestro payment method , which means that the bank will, at the request of the seller, refund the funds to the cardholder’s account or return the paid funds to the buyer’s current account.

The trader is obliged to, within 14 days from the day he received the withdrawal form, refund the payments he received from the consumer, including delivery costs.

Refunds are made using the same means of payment that the consumer used in the original transaction. In case of refund to the customer who paid for the order in cash upon delivery (cash on delivery) or payment to the seller’s account, Miltex will refund the payment to the current account provided by the customer, and payment in cash is not possible.

The trader is not obliged to reimburse additional costs, which are a consequence of the explicit request of the consumer for delivery, which deviates from the cheapest
usual delivery, offered by the merchant. The consumer bears only the direct costs of returning the goods.

The consumer is obliged to return the goods to the trader within 14 days from the day he sent the withdrawal form. The trader may postpone the return of funds until he receives the goods or proof of shipment of the returned goods.
