Protection of confidential transaction data

Refunds:

In case of return of goods and return of funds to the customer who previously paid for one of the payment cards, in part or in full, and regardless of the reason for return, Miltex DOO is obliged to return only through VISA, EC / MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank will, at the request of the seller, refund the funds to the cardholder’s account.

Delivery conditions

Delivery time
After confirming the purchase, the order enters the processing status. You will be notified by email about the status of your order. For all orders arriving by 1pm, delivery is the next day . For all orders shipped on Fridays and weekends, the seller will contact you early next week.

Pick up the shipment
D Express courier service delivers shipments to the delivery address in the period from 08:00 to 17:00. Please ensure that there is a person at the address who can pick up the shipment during this period. When picking up the shipment, it is necessary to visually inspect the package so that there is no visible damage. If you notice that the transport box is significantly damaged and suspect that the product may be damaged, refuse to accept the shipment and notify us immediately, by calling +381628893811 or by email n.owbrand1@gmail.com. If the shipment is seemingly undamaged, feel free to pick up the shipment and sign the courier’s address book. The courier tries to deliver each shipment twice. It is common practice that if the courier does not find you at the address, he will call you on the phone you left when creating the purchase order and arrange a new delivery date. If he still can’t find you at the address, the shipment will be returned to us. Upon receipt of the shipment, we will contact you to determine the reason for non-delivery and arrange for resending.

Delivery price
Home delivery for all orders containing three or more products is free. In other cases, the delivery price will be calculated in accordance with the price list of the D Express courier service.

Complaints:
Complaints of damage in transport.

It is very important that you immediately report any damage in transport, visible on the product packaging, to the courier who delivered the goods to you. The buyer is obliged to report any damage during transport within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

If you notice such damage, do not sign the receipt of the shipment or ask the courier to wait until you check whether the damage to the packaging caused damage to the product itself or loss of parts. If the product is not damaged, and all parts are numbered, sign the receipt of the shipment.

Complaint resolution procedure

The procedure for resolving the complaint is carried out on the basis of the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection (“Official Gazette of RS” No. 62/2014) as well as the provisions of the Law on Trade (“Official Gazette of RS” No. 53/10, 10/2013).

The consumer lodges a complaint in order to exercise the rights based on compliance, warranty, incorrectly calculated price and other defects in person at one of our two retail stores where there are persons in charge of the above or send your request to n.owbrand1@gmail.com.

Be sure to provide the following information:

2. Email address
3. The invoice or cash account number that came with the goods
4. A message describing the reason for the complaint.

Be sure to pack the items to be returned in the original packaging, taking care not to damage them during transport.
Be sure to attach an invoice or cash invoice, and write “complaint” on the package and the number of the document you received.

After the damaged goods arrive at our premises and check the justification of the complaint, the correct item will be delivered to your address. If the item is no longer on offer, a refund will be made.

The deadline for responding to the complaint is 8 days from the receipt of the complaint.

The warranty period is stated in the description of each product. The warranty is the invoice you received at the time of purchase.

In the event that it is not able to replace the item for which it accepts the complaint with an adequate, second copy, “Miltex DOO” undertakes to return the funds to the Buyer. In case of refund to the Buyer who paid for the goods with one of the payment cards, in part or in full, Miltex is obliged to make a refund exclusively through VISA , Maestro and other electronic payment methods, which means that the bank will refund only at bill
card user.

The buyer may not, in any case, under any circumstances, request a refund in cash for the transaction
performed using one of the payment cards

Complaints about data or wrong type of goods:

If you received the shipment and after opening the box found that the delivered goods do not match the ordered or invoice data is not appropriate, please, no later than 24 hours from the date of receipt of the shipment, call +381628893811, or send an e-mail to your data (name, surname, phone) to e-mail n.owbrand1@gmail.com and describe what problem you have. As soon as possible, we will respond to the consumer’s complaint and inform you of further action. The deadline for resolving the complaint is 15 days from the moment of its registration.

Conversion statement:

All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD). The middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used for informative presentation of prices in other currencies. The amount for which your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency through conversion into the same at the exchange rate used by card organizations, which we cannot know at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price listed on our site.
